Our offerings include a complete range of horizontal and vertical turning solutions from basic 2-axis lathes to mill/turn centers to complex multi axis/multi-tasking turning centers which can be configured with automated loading systems. Our turning product line is comprised of turning centers manufactured by the world’s premier machine tool builders such as DN SOLUTIONS and TACCHI.
2 & 4 AXIS HORIZONTAL TURNING CENTERS
DN SOLUTIONS offers a complete range of 2 and 4 axis horizontal turning centers from the LYNX-2100A (6” chuck) to the PUMA 800 (32” chuck) to handle all of your horizontal turning needs. The “new” TT series 4-axis (twin turret, twin spindle) machines are designed to reduce secondary operations and operator intervention. For high volume, short cycle time manufacturing the LYNX-2100G (gang style machine) is offered.
MILL/TURN CENTERS
From the PUMA 2100 MS Series to the PUMA 700LM series, DN SOLUTIONS offers a complete range of Mill/Turn centers including sub-spindles, full c-axis contouring and Y-axis models. From small to large diameter parts, DN SOLUTIONS offers a Mill/Turn solution to fit your manufacturing needs.
In addition to standard Mill/Turn centers, DN SOLUTIONS offers a complete line of advanced Y-AXIS Mill/Turn centers. The Y-AXIS allows the tool to be moved above and below center for off center machining. All Y-AXIS models feature integral main and sub-spindle motors with full C-axis contouring capability on each spindle.
MULTI-TASKING/TURNING
The DN SOLUTIONS MX Series turning centers provide full “multi-tasking” capabilities. The MX series offers main and sub-spindles, upper turret with B-axis, Y-axis, tool chang
ing capabilities and a lower mill/turn turret for simultaneous machining on the main and sub-spindle.

VERTICAL TURNING CENTERS
From DN SOLUTIONS we offer two series types:
The PUMA V Series turret type vertical turning centers are available in single and twin spindle versions from the V400 to V1100 models; designed to handle heavy and interrupted cutting.
The Puma VTR Series ram style vertical turning enters are available in Fixed Rail and Adjustable Rail versions from the Puma VTR1012F, VTR1216 to VTR1620!
These machines are also offered in “milling” versions which incorporate “live” tool turrets and C-axis table drive, as well as ATC type turrets or RAM for long tool applications.
The DN SOLUTIONS VTR SERIES offers large turning capacity at affordable prices. VTR-RAM Style series features ‘Quad/90 Degree Tool Index System’ and Box Way Construction:
- VTR1012F – 53” Swing x 40” Turning Diameter – With Fixed Rail
- VTR1216 – 66” Swing x 55” Turning Diameter – With Programmable Rail
- VTR1620 – 82” Swing x 70” Turning Diameter– With Programmable Rail
Models offer two speed gear boxes for the table drive. Each is equipped with an automatic tool changer and each is available in a Live Spindle/Milling version. All are well suited to Aerospace, Transportation, Marine, Wind Turbine and Construction applications.
SPECIALIZED TURNING & BORING
From TACCHI we offer a complete range of large turning and boring machines for large part manufacturing. These machines are available in 2, 3 and 4 bed way configurations and may be equipped with full C-axis, mill/turn turrets and Y-axis to meet the most demanding large turning requirements.
