3 & 4 AXIS VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS
Our product offering includes vertical machining centers from DN SOLUTIONS. These machines may be equipped with full contouring rotary tables, high pressure coolant systems, pallet changers and high speed 3-D contouring controls.
5- AXIS VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS
DN SOLUTIONS and PARPAS AMERICA offer full 5-axis vertical machining centers designed for high accuracy and throughput. A variety of configurations including articulated head and tilting trunnion table models are available.
The new DN SOLUTIONS VC-630/5XA offers affordable 5-axis machining in a vertical spindle, tilting trunnion configuration.
HORIZONTAL MILLING
We offer a complete range of horizontal machining centers from DN SOLUTIONS and PARPAS AMERICA. Three, four and full 5-axis models are available to suit your specific manufacturing needs. Large tool changer capacities and ultra high speed processing is the signature of the manufacturers we represent.
HORIZONTAL BORING MILLS
The DN SOLUTIONS DB-250C Horizontal Boring Mill utilizes a machining center style spindle to provide spindle speeds up to 6000 RPM. The DB series also includes the DB-130C model which offers a traditional bar type spindle.
SPECIALIZED MILLING
We offer high speed, machining centers in multi-axis configurations for demanding applications such as high speed 5-axis contouring for the aerospace industry. These machines include features such as magnetic torque motors for the rotary and tilt axes and linear motors which insure reduced cycle times and the highest level of accuracy and repeatability.
PARPAS-OMV offers the unique “Twin” horizontal 5-axis machining center for high speed processing of blisks and impellers.
The “Twin” has two fully independent spindles which share a common trunnion axis.
BRIDGE STYLE MACHINING CENTERS
When you need a machine tool to process your mid to large size parts, look no further than the DN SOLUTIONS DCM Series. The DCM II Series Double Column Machining Centers are built for the die mold and press mold industry. The DCM is the heaviest heavy duty machine DN SOLUTIONS makes.
The available table sizes on the DCM are large enough to handle the biggest parts you make, such as excavator bases or large frame aerospace work. The machine’s adjustable cross rail has a hybrid structure that incorporates roller bearings with a box guideway system. Added rigidity and ultra-smooth travel.
